StubHub’s Most Loyal NFL Fans of 2025-2026: Who Showed Up When It Mattered Most

On February 8, the New England Patriots and Seattle Seahawks will face each other at Super Bowl LX. But true fandom isn’t built in one game. It’s showing up on Sundays no matter the weather, teaching your kids the fight song before they can spell their own name, and sticking with your squad year after year, whether they’re playoff-bound or rebuilding.

Ahead of Super Bowl Sunday, StubHub is releasing its Most Loyal Fans in Football report, celebrating the fans who keep buying tickets, show up rain or shine and fill stadiums long after the standings say the season is over.

METHODOLOGY

This report is based on StubHub NFL ticket marketplace data across the 2024–25 and 2025–26 regular seasons. StubHub’s Most Loyal Fans in Football Ranking is based on a composite metric (0-100 scale) that quantifies fanbase loyalty across five key dimensions:

  • Repeat Buyer Rate: Percentage of buyers who purchase tickets to 2+ games for the same team
  • Late-Season Resilience: Ticket demand change when playoff hopes are eliminated (Sep-Oct vs Nov-Jan)
  • Losing Streak Resilience: Total ticket sales during 3+ game losing streaks
  • Year-Over-Year Consistency: Demand stability across 2024-25 and 2025-26 seasons

The sections below break out individual dimensions of the Fan Loyalty Index, highlighting different ways fans demonstrate commitment.
