Every kid deserves to feel the roar of a crowd.
That moment when the lights go down before a concert. The buzz in the stadium before kickoff. The hush before an opening night curtain rises. These are the experiences that stay with you — that turn a curious kid into a lifelong fan.
Today, we’re launching StubHub Access: New York, a new initiative committing $100,000 to provide free tickets to live events for youth groups across New York State. We’re opening nominations now, and we’ll announce the first recipients this spring.
How It Works
If you know a youth team, club, or group that deserves this experience, you can nominate them at stubhub.com/accessny.
Coaches, parents, teachers, and community leaders can submit nominations on behalf of any organized youth group in New York State. Selected groups will receive free tickets to professional sporting events, concerts, Broadway shows, and more — including the chance to attend 2026 FIFA World Cup matches at MetLife Stadium.
We’ll evaluate nominations based on geographic diversity (we want to reach every corner of New York, from the Bronx to Buffalo), community need, and the group’s story.
Why We’re Doing This
At StubHub, we believe access to live events shouldn’t depend on your zip code or your family’s budget. That’s not just a slogan. 90% of events on StubHub have tickets available for under $100. We exist to get more people through the doors of the venues where memories are made.
