StubHub Launches on Claude

Starting today, you can discover and buy tickets to concerts, sports, theater, and comedy on StubHub through a conversation with Claude, Anthropic’s AI assistant. Ask a question the way you’d ask a friend, get real StubHub inventory back, and refine from there.

Live event planning, in your own words

Most of us don’t start planning a night out with a perfectly formed search query. We start with a vague idea. Maybe it’s a free Saturday, an upcoming birthday coming up, or a band we’ve been meaning to see.

The problem is that ticket discovery has never really worked that way. You type what you think the search box wants. You scroll and you filter. You start over. It’s fine if you already know exactly what you’re looking for, but it’s a slog if you don’t.

That’s the experience we wanted to fix. On Claude, you can describe what you’re in the mood for and mention StubHub. Claude will then surface real events that match.

How it works

You can start as broad or as specific as you want. When a user mentions StubHub, Claude will pull up the StubHub marketplace. Ask Claude something like “Look on StubHub. What concerts are happening in New York this Friday?” A few examples of how a conversation might go:

  • Narrow it down to hip-hop shows.
  • I want two tickets, preferably under $150.
  • Actually, what about Saturday instead?
  • Show me seats closer to the stage.

Each answer is grounded in StubHub’s real-time inventory, so what you see is actually available. You can keep refining, change your mind, or start over in the same conversation, and the results update with you. There are no tabs, no back button, and no starting the search from scratch every time you tweak a detail.

When you find something you like, you head to StubHub to complete the purchase, backed by our FanProtect Guarantee so you can buy with confidence.

Meet fans where they are

StubHub has always worked to show up wherever fans are already spending time. Today that includes AI assistants. We launched on ChatGPT in December, and now we’re on Claude.

The goal is simple: whether you start your search on StubHub.com, on your phone, or mid-conversation with an AI assistant, you should be able to get to the live event you want with as little friction as possible.

Give it a try on Claude.ai or in the Claude app on iOS and Android.
